John D. Fairbrook

Statement of Practice

John Fairbrook is a shareholder with the Sacramento law firm of Trainor Fairbrook and is the Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Fairbrook’s litigation practice focuses on commercial real estate, real estate development, leasing and business disputes.

Mr. Fairbrook’s practice encompasses the resolution of disputes in state and federal courts, and through arbitration. He is a seasoned trial lawyer and has served as one of DaimlerChrysler’s national trial counsel for the trial of disclosure cases. His successes include a protracted four-month jury trial involving issues of ground water contamination and public liability. He has also represented both public and private entities in a variety of construction disputes.

Mr. Fairbrook is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of California and the District Court of Arizona; the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court.
