Trainor Fairbrook is pleased to announce that Mark E. Ellinghouse has become an attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Property Management Departments. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Ellinghouse was a law clerk with Trainor Fairbrook.
As a member of the Litigation Department, Mr. Ellinghouse will continue assisting clients with their litigation matters related to the development, construction and leasing of commercial property. He will also concentrate on property management issues, including lease enforcement, collection, workouts and litigation.
Mr. Ellinghouse received his J.D./M.B.A from University of California at Davis in 2011 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2006. He is a member of the State Bar of California, Sacramento County Bar Association and the Leonard M. Friedman Bar Association.
