David Creeggan, Jennifer Pruski and Alison Geddes host an interactive seminar for IREM and the Sacramento Association of Realtors Commercial Division, addressing the process of commercial evictions, unlawful detainer procedures, alternatives to eviction and what to expect post-eviction.
Mr. Creeggan’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, leasing and landlord-tenant matters. Ms. Pruski’s practice includes business disputes, bankruptcy, property management and real property litigation. Ms. Geddes’ primary area of practice is commercial property management and real property litigation.
