Johnston Speaks on New Real Property Law

Heather Johnston was a speaker at two recent seminars titled “Real Property Law Practice: Year in Review,” which is a program presented annually by the California Continuing Education of the Bar. The program addressed case law developments during 2016 affecting real property in California. Ms. Johnston is a shareholder in Trainor Fairbrook’s transactional department. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate matters related to the acquisition, ownership, and disposition of real estate, including purchase and sale transactions, financing, and leasing.
