Alison Geddes was a panelist for CohnReznick’s Executive Women’s Forum on The Art and Power of Negotiation – You ARE Your Best Advocate. The panel of accomplished women spoke about how they have used negotiation to advocate for themselves and advance their careers. The panelists shared their personal stories and provided real-world approaches to successful negotiation. They examined the differences in negotiation styles of men and women and strategies for taking some of the mystery out of asking for what you want and being an advocate.
