Trainor Fairbrook attorneys Michael Middleton and Jessica Robison recently hosted a seminar on construction contract issues for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). The seminar focused on insurance, bonds and indemnity provisions.
Mr. Middleton is a shareholder in the litigation department of Trainor Fairbrook and has over two decades of experience in construction litigation and counseling. Ms. Robison is also an attorney in the litigation department of Trainor Fairbrook. She has over ten years of experience in construction litigation and counseling, and is the Chair of the Sacramento County Bar Association Construction Law Section.
