Are You Ready for the Overhaul of California’s Lien and Construction Laws?

Earlier this year Gary Funamura and Dan Steinberg presented four seminars on the extensive overhaul of California’s lien and construction laws. Due to the overwhelming attendance and continued inquiries, the seminar will be provided again on June 27, 2012.

Significant changes to existing laws went into effect on January 1, 2012, but the complete reorganization and revision of the California lien and construction laws adopted in 2010, will become law on July 1, 2012. If you are in the construction industry, you need to know about these important changes!
