Crystal Matter is an attorney in the Estate Planning Department of Trainor Fairbrook. Her practice focuses on offering clients a wide range of estate planning services from simple to complex, including developing comprehensive estate plans with the use of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney and wealth transfer strategies. Ms. Matter takes great pride in providing quality and compassionate services to her clients by simplifying the estate planning process and ensuring her clients make informed decisions that meet their unique goals.
Prior to joining Trainor Fairbrook in 2022, Crystal was the founding and managing attorney of Matter Law, APC, a firm focused on estate planning and complex civil litigation matters, allowing her to bring extensive estate planning and litigation experience to the Trainor Fairbrook team.
Crystal was admitted to the State Bar of California after obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Matter received a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s College of California.
California Super Lawyers selected Ms. Matter to its Rising Stars list from 2014 to the present, a distinction held by only 2.5% of attorneys in California.
Crystal currently serves on the Sacramento County Bar Association Board of Directors and previously served as a member of both the West Sacramento Public Financing Authority Council and West Sacramento Economic Development & Housing Commission.
