Ms. Finnerty brings immense skill and experience, representing clients in commercial litigation ranging from partnership disputes, trade secrets and other intellectual property litigation to consumer protection complaints. Ms. Finnerty is a nationally recognized expert in defending complex American with Disabilities Act claims and compliance, having represented Fortune 100 companies and numerous national hotel and retail chains in defeating meritless ADA claims, while litigating thousands of others.
