Michael’s construction practice emphasizes all aspects of the construction industry, including construction-related litigation in state and federal courts throughout California. He also has extensive experience in business matters faced by California employers and contractors. He brings with him over two decades of litigation and resolution.
Jessica Adams Robison joins the firms litigation department. Her background as an attorney embraces a broad practice of representing clients in the areas of construction, business and employment law as well. Ms. Robison has over a decade of experience in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and has successfully participated in both. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where she served as a Managing Editor for the McGeorge Law Review.
