Join Trainor Fairbrook attorneys Jennifer Pruski and Alison Geddes in an informative and interactive seminar on the use of UCC liens to secure an interest in personal property owned by commercial tenants and the enforcement of those liens in the event that the tenants’ business fails.

This seminar will discuss creating, perfecting and enforcing liens on personal property. Contracting for a security interest within a lease and perfecting that interest may provide some level of assurance that landlords may recover some part of their investment and mitigate their damages.
