Real Estate Transactional Attorney
We are looking for an associate attorney to join our top rated real estate team. This position works with shareholders on significant and complex commercial real estate and business transactions throughout California. Hands-on, broad-based general real estate experience is necessary. Candidates must be self-motivated, with a strong commitment to superior client service and excellent work product. Outstanding academic and professional credentials are a prerequisite. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.
General responsibilities include representation of clients in commercial real estate matters related to the acquisition, ownership, and disposition of real property, including purchase and sale transactions, development, financing, leasing, title matters, easements and CC&Rs.
Successful candidates will possess the following:
• 4+ years transactional experience in Commercial Real Estate law.
• Ability to handle commercial leasing and purchase and sale transactions with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of financing and opinion work a plus.
• Strong understanding of superior client service and commitment to meeting deadlines with high-quality work product.
• Excellent analytical, legal research, drafting and writing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-directed behavior.
