Trainor Fairbrook is pleased to announce that Heather Johnston has been published by the California Real Property Journal. Ms. Johnston’s article focuses on the unprecedented number of foreclosures during the Great Recession, title issues caused by the failure to adequately address existing deeds of trust or to consider their effect on easements and other subordinate rights when foreclosing on real property.

Ms. Johnston’s article, Title Quandries Created by Foreclosure During the Great Recession, was first published in the California Real Property Journal, a quarterly publication of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California.
