A CASP Disclosure Laws Seminar was presented by David Creeggan recently at the BOMA Sacramento Property Managers Breakfast. Every landlord is now dealing with the new ADA disclosure laws that require leases to contain specific language regarding the inspection of the premises by a Certified Access specialist. Mr. Creeggan explained the new law to a large audience of property managers and owners.
