The Nancy Hotchkiss Woman of Impact Award, named after our firm’s late partner, Nancy Hotchkiss, was awarded to Meea Kang, She is an award-winning leader in infill development and president of Domus Development, LLC, a company she founded, specializing in high-density, low-energy mixed use infill housing for people from diverse economic backgrounds. Nancy Hotchkiss was the President of CREW Sacramento in 1989, and served on its Boards and Committees for many years. CREW Sacramento renamed its top award after her this year.

CREW Sacramento was founded in 1982 by a group of women working in similar areas of the real estate profession who were interested in exchanging ideas and information. Since that time CREW Sacramento’s membership has more than tripled and continues to be a growing organization, which meets regularly for educational luncheons, networking and socializing. The Women of Impact Award celebrates a CREW Sacramento member that has had a profound impact on the local real estate industry while overcoming significant challenges. Such challenges include breaking through barriers, defying the glass ceiling, as well as mentoring other women to success.
