Trainor Fairbrook is a boutique law firm focused on commercial real estate law, construction law, business law, trusts, estates and related litigation. The Sacramento-based firm has the most awarded group of commercial real estate attorneys in California’s Central Valley. The firm’s trial attorneys, focusing on real estate, construction, bankruptcy, business and probate litigation include some of the most highly regarded litigators in our region.

History

Trainor Fairbrook was established in 1978 when Charles Trainor opened his first law office as a sole practitioner across from the Sacramento County Courthouse. Beginning in 1979, the firm devoted itself almost exclusively to real estate law, including property management and creditor representation in bankruptcy court. In 1991, the firm expanded the scope of its practice to include business litigation and business transactions. Shortly after, we opened a trusts and estates practice to further serve the needs of existing clients.
