This position is for an experienced trial attorney who will represent clients in construction, business, and commercial real estate litigation throughout California. Typical casework will include supporting clients with construction defect issues, mechanic’s liens, and lease disputes. Experience with construction contracts and/or the fundamentals of construction preferred.
