Charles W. Trainor Receives Foundation of Freedom Award

Trainor Fairbrook is pleased to announce that senior partner, Charles W. Trainor will be honored by the Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF) with its inaugural Foundation of Freedom Award. Chuck is a long-time PLF trustee, and will receive this award for his significant contributions to the organization.

The Foundation of Freedom award honors respected members of the community who embrace the founding principles and strongly advocate the values of PLF: recognition and support of the need for ordered liberty, respect for human dignity, the need for individual responsibility, and the importance of our most basic fundamental right — the right of private property. The recipients of this honor are individuals who have gone above and beyond the call to help advance PLF’s mission in the courts and in the court of public opinion.

The award will be presented at a gala event on December 1, 2011, which is a celebration of the centenary of President Ronald Reagan, who was the inspiration for the founding of PLF. Headlining the gala as the keynote speaker will be the Honorable Edwin J. Meese, III, who was chief of staff to Ronald Reagan in both Sacramento and Washington, D.C. and who served as the seventy-fifth Attorney General of the United States.
