Community Benefit Agreements are becoming a standard requirement of developments across the country, including more than a dozen in California. They are changing the manner in which developments are approved. Basically, if you intend to develop any significant project in the future, you can anticipate that a Community Benefit Agreement will be required of you. While there has yet to be a Community Benefit Agreement created in Sacramento, now is the time to learn about them, so you understand the term when it arises.

Chuck Trainor just taught a course on Community Benefit Agreements to the State Bar’s Real Property Section in San Diego. He will now share this cutting-edge information with clients and friends of the firm.
