SACRAMENTO, Calif., March 26, 2009–The Sacramento based law firm of Trainor Fairbrook is pleased to announce that David W. Creeggan has joined the firm’s Property Management and Litigation Sections as an attorney. David’s practice will focus on the representation of commercial and retail property owners in transactional matters as well as civil litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes and lease agreements. In addition, he will assist our clients with pre-litigation consultation and advising with issues pertaining to lease workout agreements, amendments and bankruptcy.
David earned his law degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law, in 2004, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University in 2000. Prior to joining Trainor Fairbrook, David was an attorney with a west coast regional law firm in their San Diego office. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). David is also admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California as well as the United States District Court for the Southern, Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
