Frank C. Ramos receives the Trainor Fairbrook Humanitarian Award

The Association of Commercial Real Estate’s (ACRE) annual Broker of the Year Awards was held on April 5, 2018, at the Hyatt Regency. Chuck Trainor presented Frank C. Ramos with the 23rd annual Trainor Fairbrook Humanitarian Award. The award was given to Frank C. Ramos in honor of his lifetime commitment to philanthropic causes in the Sacramento community.

Developer Frank Ramos, of Ramco Enterprises Inc., has a long list of charitable contributions to the Sacramento area including founding the Sacramento Chapter of Make-A-Wish, donating to causes such as Mercy Ministries and serving on many boards over the years.

In a break with tradition, both Frank Ramos and his wife of 64 years, Joanne Ramos, were welcomed to the podium to receive the Humanitarian Award as they are truly a team. “Great generosity from their hearts, with no desire for the limelight” is how Charles Trainor described Mr. and Ramos.
