Michael Gualco Joins Trainor Fairbrook

Trainor Fairbrook has hired Michael Gualco in the firm’s Real Estate Transaction Department. Michael brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate and land use industry. He has represented both landlord and tenant clients in all aspects of transactional commercial real estate. Mr. Gualco has prepared leases and purchase and sale agreements for 2,000,000 square feet of warehouse space, 300,000 square feet of retail space, over 2,500,000 square feet of office space, 6,000 acres of land and 3,000 cell sites.
