Trainor Fairbrook’s Humanitarian Award was established to recognize and honor the Sacramento area real estate professional who has made the most significant impact on the greater Sacramento community through charitable or philanthropic organizations or other community activities. The award is presented annually at the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) Broker of the Year Awards (BOYA) Charity Benefit. In honoring the recipient and in recognition of his/her achievements, Trainor Fairbrook contributes $5,000.00 in the name of selected Humanitarian to a charity or charities of his/her choice.
