Daniel King is a shareholder in the Litigation Department of Trainor Fairbrook. Mr. King has significant experience representing both privately owned businesses and public agencies. As a trial lawyer, his practice is focused on resolving disputes related to contractual rights, real property, and business ownership through mediation, arbitration, or court. He has successfully resolved matters involving breach of contract, construction lending, partition, land use rights, government claims, business torts, employment law, and fiduciary duties.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. King worked as a licensed California real estate broker and served eight years in law enforcement. He also served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children, Inc. and an adjunct professor at the McGeorge School of Law.
