After years of dormancy the Sacramento County Bar Association Construction Law Section is alive and kicking! The Chair of the Construction Law Section (CLS), Jessica Robison, recently wrote an article for the May/June edition of Sacramento Lawyer magazine regarding the reinstatement and activity of the section.
The section was reinstated in January 2016; the Vice Chair is held by Daniel Steinberg of Trainor Fairbrook, the Secretary is Michael Middleton, also of Trainor Fairbrook and the Treasurer is Jessica Moran of Green & Hall. The section meets every other month and covers a variety of construction related topics. The next meeting will be an after-hours mixer on July 14.
