On November 15, 2017 Trainor Fairbrook construction attorneys Dan Steinberg and Mike Middleton are hosting an informative presentation on the recent changes in the law and how those changes can be applied to limit liabilities in Construction Contracts, Mechanics Liens, Notices of Non-Responsibility, Bonds and Insurance Issues.
Mr. Steinberg is a shareholder of Trainor Fairbrook and the chair of the firm’s Construction Department. He is currently the chair of the Sacramento County Bar Association Construction Section. Mr. Middleton is also a shareholder in the litigation department of Trainor Fairbrook and has over two decades of experience in construction litigation and counseling.
